It appears to be genuine in all respects, except that someone ignorant completely unnecessarily screwed on a hot idle compensator cover that is not used on this carburetor.
And, in 1969 three different styles of application number, plant code and date was used. Yours is the one used beginning Dec 1968 to end of Feb 1969.
