Here's my vote:
1. VIN Escutcheon - if you already have one on your car, it use it. My 71-1/2 GT-37 (Pontiac Plant) did not have one.
2. Leave tach in the dash
3. No wood grain, the Black Dash Bezel looks good on GT-37s
4. Stick with the Custom Cushion Steering wheel. To me it shows the guy that originally ordered the car would rather spend the money on the 455HO rather than a Formula Steering wheel.
5. If your non 4555 Hurst shifter is already rechromed, restored and ready to go....use it. Don't delay the resto over that.
