Here is even more info on some MORE changes to the 1967 GTO Royal Bobcats. Dave Warren tested several different cam shafts for a "Popular Hot Rodding" article in March 1967.

This is why John "Cheater" Politzer used to shift more by the sound of the engines then by the tach. He just had to listen for valve float.
