I am not posting this to ruffle feathers, but to ensure that when this sells, the buyer knows what they are getting.

I am not trying to say that there is anything wrong with a Saginaw transmission, they just don't have as high if a torque rating as the heavy duty three speeds, and should not be confused with the Muncie '330' three speed that Select Chevrolet vehicles started getting in 1969.
For 1969 the heavy duty three speed that Pontiac used was a Dearborn (Ford) unit.
