I'm not familiar with what the stock E heads flow but I'm sure they could take advantage of more lift. Your valve lift would go from .521 to .573 on the intake and the exhaust would go from .540 to .594. But then the issue you may run into is how close are you to coil bind with your valve springs?
All depends what your after for performance..some of us just try and wring out every last ounce of horsepower out of a combination.
