It is very easy to achieve 600 hp..and after checking out your build , I assume an overdrive is in the future. So how does a mild street mannered 600 hp engine sound with good vacuum that pulls 20mpg on the highway sound?
That is exactly my plan. Sell the heads, cam, rockers and intake(s). Hopefully I can re-use my lifters and pushrods. It really is a good combo.

I installed a built 4l80e in April of 2020. Probably the best mod to the car. Makes a pleasure to drive.

Now I just gotta figure out how to get 20mpg outta this thing……
