One consideration for choosing a Lincoln vs. Miller/Hobart vs. everything else is consumables. Can you get contacts tips or nozzles on a Saturday if you need one? Lincoln and Miller/Hobart are generally available in lots of places like Home Depot, TSC, etc.

First MIG welder I had was a rebranded Century unit and these parts were not always easy to get. Now have a Hobart that shares parts with Miller (same parent company) and the consumables are easy to get. I have no idea what Eastwood and the other machines are using but would want to make sure I could easily get these parts locally before buying.
