Not that this is what might be happening with Duplicolor but I was talking to the owner of House of Colors the other day and as far as paints are concerned there are some "ingredients" that have been unobtanium causing them to stop making some products.

One in particular I was asking about was the 5 Star Urethane primer that I haven't been able to get for over a year now. This is a primer that comes more from the industrial side of the paint world and does have a few ingredients in it that make it different from other automotive primers and has a different formulation that he developed for the auto industry. One of those ingredients (forget the name now) has been unavailable so he simply stopped production of that primer.

He told me there is no ETA of when that particular line might be back up and running unfortunately.
