Update- I contacted Duplicolor via their web portal and asked if DE1616 is discontinued and this is the response:
“Thank you for taking the time to contact Dupli-Color. We are happy to hear from you.
No, DE1616 is still a current product. Part DE1610 is on back order and is not currently available.
