I've read somewhere that AT&T can block me from using the phone that I'll have, to make Wi-Fi calls over our AT&T home internet, because I didn't buy the phone nor the plan from them.
I have no idea if this is so, or not.
Has anybody heard of this ? Anybody know for sure if this is true or not ?
Since the TracPhone plan will be using the AT&T network, TracPhone will be paying AT&T for using their network. So, AT&T will be making some profit from my cell phone use, even tho I didn't buy the phone or plan from them.
