James. I watched the video and I would think that the best way to install the brackets is with the frame off the car. Lots of work but easy to do. I'm going with the double adjustable shocks with coil overs. Springs sit in the frame on top. I don't see why this would not work for you as you could always change the springs to suit your ride. One spring for drag race and change for street driving. I have never seen the extension tower till now, so my opinion is limited.
