I replied in a previous post that I have seen a few cars in the past that the starter cable ran from the junction block, to the front of the engine, back between the block and ex manifolds to the starter. Two GTO,s and a Lemans. All 64,s. Sorry to say I don,t have info on build dates or plants for the cars. I think the clips hold the starter cable.
