14.6 seem on par for the build and not too bad of a ET. Nothing wrong with that. Sounds like you have a nice setup. Other then the RA manifolds you might want to look at 1.6 rockers and what are using for a stall converter? I don't think I would push much beyond this with a 200r4 being the weak link in the system.
