Remove the pulley from the pump. Then turn the pump by hand and see if the pump hub wobbles. If it doesn't wobble then check the pulley. If you have to smack it with a hammer to try to straighten it do it while its removed from the pump. If it can't be straightened then replace the pulley. Ames has them for both A/C and non A/C cars.
