As to customer service and callbacks:
I do not need to buy from any of the companies listed (all my projects are done, and too old to start another one); so do not know if this applies to any specific company, but:
I have found that, if a company has "online chat" available from their website, the folks that do the chatting KNOW what they are talking about. MUCH better chance of having good results with the chatters than with the 800 number folks.
