Every once in a while I see morons around here driving with absolutely no lights on at night. Most don't even bother to check and see if lights work or not. I followed a woman who had no working brake lights. Another was a guy at night with no tail or brake lights that worked. I pulled up along side and told them, as I usually do if I can get their attention. Only once did the driver give me the finger. And it was a woman. Taking it as a term of endearment I returned the gesture. But used the pinky finger as it's for those that don't deserve the best. I take the middle finger as a compliment.

80% use no signal lights. Including County and State cops, State licensed vehicles, and a few US Govt. vehicles.
