I called my Dr., and he told me to just keep doing my booklet until my follow up apt. on the 7th of Mar. He did tell me to be done with the walker and use the cane. Honestly the cane causes me to limp more, so I just carry it with me. I have been out walking the last few days with no pain at all. I have been able to see a huge difference in my range of motion in just these 6 days. I think much of it has to do with my age and our grate weather here also. Trying to decide if I want to take a 2 hour car ride, and see a large Olds car show this Sunday. I will play it by ear, I would love to go but if it will be to much I will pass. Andy
