600hp from a 416 isn't that impressive.
You don't see many people building Pontiac that small (why on earth would they??). Also most Pontiac people settle for status quo instead of trying to do better (hence all the 068, OF cams and 290cfm kre d-port builds). But the potential is different there imo.
