Stuart is on the money. Mine is 24x24 with 9' wide doors which is as big as I could go considering building restriction lines and distance from the house for a detached garage. It is definitely smaller than I would have liked but manageable. I have done an engine R&R with the car backed in on jackstands and it wasn't too bad. I have done thousands of foundations for many different builders and you would be shocked how small some of their garages are.(20x20 with either 2 8' doors or 1 16' door and not big enough for an SUV).
