I am starting to compile some information on possibly doing a boosted poncho. I don't typically post until I really have a solid plan or need assistance though. Since it's more pie in the sky right now, more than anything.
What I'm after is making a "quiet and comfortable" 600-650 to the tire, so closer to 800 on motor.
I'm thinking a 10:1 460+ inch motor with a D1SC, throttle body injection on E85 and a max 5700rpm rev limit. I'm tentatively looking at the D1SC for three main reasons.
1. It will support the power goal
2. Its internal step up gearing is steeper than its P1SC cousin which should help produce the power without the need for lots of revs
3. Self contained system
