I happened across an eBay seller called Tomsclassics that is selling disk brake conversion kits for 1955 through 1964 big Pontiacs. They're apparently part of Auto City Classic in Minnesota; I knew they sold window glass and replacement gas tanks, but wasn't aware of the brake kits.
