The drawing doesn’t answer the question because it only shows a manual trans application (the picture shows a non resonator tail pipe which would be 2.25”).

Interestingly the option was available on all A bodies in 69 (except wagons) including single exhaust or even six cylinder cars. Any dual exhaust equipped car that wasn’t a GTO would use the 2” tailpipes with resonators regardless of transmission and any single exhaust car (even with the six) used a 2.25” tailpipe so both types of extensions also had non GTO applications.
