Default E-85 total/locked out timing on KRE D-ports?

Is anybody else here running E-85 on a KRE D-port engine? If so, what is your total timing? I went racing this past Friday and set the timing at 33 degrees (locked) and the car started sputtering. I backed it off to 31 degrees but didn't get another run in due to a no headlight issue (oops).

Attached is the time slip, I'm P488 right lane. I really thought it I was finally going to get it in the 11's on motor until the sputtering issues around 4700 rpms.

Another E-85 question, should I run a hotter or colder plug for the fuel? I'm currently running NGK R5671A-7 plugs just like I was with race gas and nitrous.
