For any Pontiac blown application, I highly recommend adding a 2nd keyway on the crank snout. While you are having it machined, be sure to give the machinist your hub or balancer as well. Best to you.
I agree about the second keyway. 3 shops around me declined to do it. Even Butlers balked at doing it, until I said I would buy a crank if they would add a keyway to it. I did send my balancer to them and it was not returned. I had put my name on it with tape and they found it an returned it. (Mark your parts.)
