No it won’t.

Not only is the 200-4R tube sealed differently than the TH400 tube, the tube itself is configured differently where it enters the transmission and it also must match the car’s firewall shape.

Even if the same car could have been optioned with 3 different types of automatic transmissions all 3 dipstick tube assemblies would be different.

Your best bet is a Lokar setup that’s flexible and can made to fit multiple applications. Unless someone chimes in with the correct factory tube that interchanges the Lokar tube is probably your best bet.

Sometimes a later model car with a similar firewall configuration that came with the 200-4R can be a potential donor. A 1980s Buick GN or Monte Carlo SS that used the 200-4R might have a dipstick tube assembly that works, just throwing that out there.

When I needed a dipstick tube to upgrade my ‘64 Le Mans from a 2-speed ST300 to a 3-speed TH350 I rolled the dice and purchased a ‘70 Le Mans TH350 dipstick tube assembly. It worked like a charm, clearly the relationship between the engine and transmission assembly to the firewall is pretty much identical on ‘64-‘72 A-body cars.
