Thank you for sharing those parts.

I have not spent any time investigating so not sure of root cause. Those look like a good band-aid if my mounts are intact and the sagging is from the crossmember or frame.

For now, there is enough clearance so I haven't been compelled to chase it.

My fiberglass nose, bumper, and valence are all off. I plan to hang them again and see if a little weight changes anything.
