Jim at Central Va Machine cranked up the motor today and held the phone up to it so I could hear it run. Put a grin on my face a mile wide. Will pick it up this weekend.

Bad news is that it's not looking good for having it ready this season; still need to swap back to original manual steering and brakes, detail the engine compartment, rebuild the M21, purchase all the ram air hardware, clutch, pressure plate, exhaust system, tires, etc...
