For a '70 built with CA emissions, it has a different tank for EES, but the 49 state tank is the same as '69.
Both style '69 & '70 tanks are reproduced, with one vent pipe for '69 & '70 (without EES) and three vent pipes for EES.
This is information is right from the Pontiac MPC, unless it's wrong?

Not sure if the MPC is correct or not for commonality 69-70, but I'm looking specifically for a 70 GP with the three vent for EES. It will be a bigger 26 gallon tank for sure as I have one in my 71 GTO currently, so no question as to its capacity. I personally pulled it from a 70 GP. Completely different animal from the 21 gallon A body tanks. I have not seen any reproductions of this correct GP tank.
I'm looking for another one for my 72 LeMans GT.

Thank you GP freak. Sorry for my delay responding. Been offline for a time.
Can you confirm if your tank has the 3 vents for EES and if it's the larger capacity? The filler neck will be much shorter than the 21 gallon tank from the A-bodies (as compared), and it will be a physically larger tank, nearly square in dimension. PM me if so. Thank you.
