Thanks guys. It didn't cross my mind until now that something might damage the heads I have now that would make them need any more work than these old ones do. So aluminum didn't cross my mind either but now that it was brought up here, I guess that would be an option if something happened. My block is original numbers matching but I am doing a restomod on the car. But, I have been saving the original parts that I"m not going to use in case some future owner would want to make it original again.
One thing I don't have to worry about is dropping a valve seat. Don't have hardened seats in these replacement heads.
