I read through quite a lot of the comments on Broader's YouTube video.
Summit commented at least 5 or 6 times.
They really are grabbing it by the horns and not hiding in the shadows.
Dropping the whole product line will decrease their own revenue as well. (along with aiding in any legal issues forthcoming)

One transmission guy claims to have bought several of the valve bodies from Summit in the past and none he received had the Broader logo or artwork on them.
Seems they have been available for a while and the Broader logo is a very new issue on them.
They don't use the Broader name in their listings and their pictures don't show any logo.
But the engraved logo is more complex than a Blower Shop sticker.
