I was hoping that something more might have been pulled from the image, so that I could print it off, and put in the box.

I don't at this time have plans to sell it - I figure it's more of a curiosity than anything useable - but I figured the information being readable on the box tab would only add to this.

While I was posting this (post #1) I did notice that the part number was on the decal backing;
I chose to leave that off my initial post incase it might have made someone disincline to help - I wasn't concerned with identifying the decal, or the specific part number, but instead I have understood (and it appears that in this case) box tabs generally have three lines of information printed on it;
I don't always know what the printed info means, but it would be nice to see.
