At least I would hope you could do that with this ignition, however trying to look at a timing graph on a phone would be about ridiculous, you really need a lap top to dial it in correctly.

Its really easy on a phone to see and use, a tablet will work as well I have one in my car, another thing to mention is the gauge readout on it shows engine vacuum current timing rpms and mph, as far as vacuum timing you can set the parameters of when it starts and stops and how much to add
