I might suggest two things to assist you in locating a knowledgeable shop/tech.
Reaching out to any/all local car clubs both Pontiac and otherwise.
In most cases, this can lead to someone who has an established reputation in the area.
Another would be checking in on the OHC 6 FB forum,
there you will get exposure to many OHC 6 owners who may be able to guide you as well.
IMHO what you have listed doesn't necessarily require an "OHC-specific" technician just someone familiar with classic cars.
