I'm happy with the way these are coming out. I had a few email back and forths with the owner of an NOS oil canister and got the art pretty close. Duplicating the art is definitely getting faster now that I've number of screens and decals.

Art output on a transparency and overlayed on the NOS canister to check for size...

Screen burned and taped to canister...

Test screening. This the the biggest screen with the most surface area of ink that I've done so far. The ink came out a little blotchy. That could be due to the gloss finish on the canister and the multiple passes I had to make due to the small squeegee I was using, but then again, the originals weren't perfect either.

Comparison between original and my screen. I see a few opportunities for more tweaks before calling these good.
