I think if you reset (loosen) the exhaust lash for the bigger rocker ratio, then tightening the intake lash, those together can change the valve timing event most than a 1.5* cam timing change. In the real world, changing the lash is probably quicker also.
Ever heard of a big SR spring good for more than .7” lift and coil bind less than 1”? Let me know when you find it.
