I think we are getting away from a "real" 400.
400 blocks with 4.21 or 4.24 cranks are 455s.
Once you bore a 400 block and put a stroker cranks its for all intents and purposes a 455.
This 400 build, I say DO IT.
Just try both the T2 and 4500 Victor and see which one runs better.
Its part of the fun of the hobby.
