I believe you have a stereo heat sink for late 60's AC Delco stereo radios.
Some vehicles (1968 A body Pontiac, First-gen F body, Second-gen Corvette, etc.) used a remotely mounted amplifier.
Here's a picture of a similar (mono) heat sink. This one is for a 1967 Firebird AM-FM radio.
