You can try to drop the height of the trans at the rear mount, that should help the pan contact. You would have to see what your range of pinion angle you have is, that might limit how low you can drop it.

On the low voltage thing, maybe try running the ECU power wire directly to the battery? Or try using a deep cycle or marine battery?
