Well, as luck would have it, after I wrote that post, I took the ol' Buick to the store. Getting there, all seemed normal. Getting back in, the car was throwing an electrical fit, no starter, error message galore. I was dialing a second tow company when I tried to start her one more time and bingo, the start engaged and she was running; hung up the phone. Drove it home, better that 1/2 the instruments weren't working but she didn't leave me stranded. Popping the hood was a horrible sight, a squirrel or some other vermin chewed up some of the wiring harness....great. 2004 was the 1st year for the High Feature 3.6 I believe.
