Yea well, you might want to prevent Pinging under load on the next build.
But in the early 90's, 91-93 with 11.5:1 would have me sensing a fluttering Ping sound on certain days and air conditions. Finally breached a Headgasket between CYLs on a hot highway drive. PMD Cast Crank was fine..
Changed my plans to be an 87 Street, 89 in the 1/4 mile for 9.00:1 with iron heads. PMD Cast crank and all still together.
Miss the ease of High Compression combos though.
