We had a similar (brother?) Ranger 4x4 that 2 of our 3 sons drove in high school. It was finally relieved of duty with more than 200K miles of abuse in snow, off-road, and I'm sure a few ways I didn't know about. It kept on ticking and was both easy and inexpensive to repair.
