The adjustment screw could also have popped out of the bucket recess, or the adjuster broke away from the mount.

The quality of the repop adjusters are poor IMO, they are brittle, cheap, and fail often, if they don't break upon install. I suggested getting spares.

Actually, you may want to consider rebuilding the whole bucket assembly, since you could end up chasing parts as they break while fixing.

There are nubs on the back of the bulbs that fit into recesses in the bucket, those have to be lined up too. Some replacement bulbs don't have the nubs in the correct location, just to add to the problem(s).
