Default 68 Firebird Front Body Mount Bushings

Hello all,

I posted this question in the first gen firebird section a number of days ago but no hits, thought I would try here.

I'm in the middle of replacing the body mount bushings on my 68 firebird. I've loosened them all on the driver side and removed the rear and the middle mount on the passenger side. I have managed to remove the bolt from the core support mount.

When I jacked up the body I'm able to remove the rear and middle mounts but the front mount I simply cannot get enough clearance to remove it. I can't lift the body any further as the body is beginning to interfere with the front bumper.

Can anyone provide any advice on how to tackle the front mounts? Do I need to remove the bumper?

Thanks
