And, thankfully, we have a choice to use the LS if we prefer. To each his own. In reality, an LS engine would have taken this beautiful car over the top.
The LS engine is the BEST engine GM has ever produced, and GM is the same company that produced the Pontiac engines. It is worthy of being installed in ANY car, and will be an improvement over whatever was originally installed.
Just quit with your efforts to disgrace those of us who have installed LS engines in one or two of our cars.
Tell you what, if you have an LS engine that you would like to trade, I have a P400, a P455, and a P350 that I'll trade you head up.
You don't like LS engines in Pontiacs, GOT IT! But some of us do. It ain't 1972 anymore.
