Wheel codes are stamped by the valve stem , with a date code.
The codes on inside of rim (tire removed) are not the same thing.
The PY server compresses photos we load to conserve storage.
The bigger the file the more it compresses them.
Pictures under 500kb do best.
Pictures over 500kb get wonkier and wonkier as the file size increases.
