gotta be the dial in. I don't see it, but maybe I'm blind to it at the moment having been working on it (and other stuff) too much.
I am using a milidon gear drive. IIRC each cam tooth is 13.5*. (each of the 7 screw holes is worth +/- 1.5* from zero....ISH) Although we already dialed the cam in (which was /is always fun with the gear drive) I marked all 3 gears so reassembly could be made with a simple line up the marks.
Will get a fresh start in the NEW YEAR and look for the stupid stuff
If dial in IS correct, I guess I will need to get out the borescope and take a look. Currently only in mock up so no rings old head gasket...etc
