Just a "heads up" for those coming to the Pontiac drags on Saturday... There's a huge annual bicycle race that circumnavigates Tucson that day, so the overpass at
I-10 and S. Houghton Road will be closed to vehicular traffic
To get to the
Tucson Dragway, use the Rita Road exit instead and head south then east to eventually arrive at the track on the far side of the Pima County Fairgrounds.
Track opens at 7:00am and is hot at 9:00am.
