Yes bearing is collapsed. Installed height verified. I laid on my back multiple times shaking and wiggling it up down. Still nothing. First time I installed it it slide right in. That’s what’s making me think the disc is not aligned. But with 4 guide bolts it “should” stay in alignment.
I can easily slide it back and forth by 1”, but that list inch it hits the pilot bearing.
