Do you have all the replacement felts, fuzzies, rollers, rubbers, bumpers, etc?

Before you go anywhere, you should see how long it's going to take to get all that stuff. You may be shocked to find out that the stuff can take months to get.

Look at exploded diagrams, make sure you have or can get all the parts.

Since it's probably complete door rebuilds, think you will find the labor hours are going to be calculated roughly the same regardless who you take it to. People usually sigh when folks hand them a box of mixed parts.

Post follow ups on your quotes, I'm curious.

I still say you are fully capable of doing a good portion of it yourself, save a ton of money. At least clean up all the parts you have, that might not scare people as bad.
