I may be late to the party here, but I had the same experience with the cold case radiator/electric fans/shroud. Beautiful looking piece, and gave me a bunch more room under the hood. But it would not keep the car cool no matter what I did. So I dumped the electric fans/shroud and went back to a clutch fan and it cooled right back down. On a related note, I have a full fan/shroud/controller setup for sale!
